– Couple-yoga. Yoga exercises that bring harmony in your relationships.
– Brunch
– Tantric exercises designed to harmonize you with each other, sexually, emotionally and spiritually. The exercises take place with clothes on. Along the way, you have the opportunity to ask all your curious questions to an experienced tantric couple.

Due to the morning yoga, it is recommended that you do not eat before you arrive or at least to have a very light breakfast.

Adinatha and Ananda are a tantric couple, who, for many years, has been teaching and guiding couples in reawakening the spark and love in their couple relations, and in how the lovers can get to know each other on a much deeper level than before. Adinatha and Ananda work at the Tantra Temple, where Adinatha is the leader, and where they both give tantra massages and teach workshops, retreats and tantric holidays, where people learn how tantra can awaken love, intimacy and spark in the couple.
