We are the most important person in our life – but we usually spend very little time in getting to know WHO WE TRULY ARE, beyond just our physical appearance.
Yoga is an ancient system that helps us to know and understand ourselves in depth. When we know ourselves we will also be able to discover what makes us relaxed, what makes us tensed, why we become ill, why we feel stressed and what is the nature of happiness. It stimulates our curiosity to discover and play with all the amazing possibilities of the human existence.
This is how Yoga helps us to become truly free – by getting to know ourselves. It is a true journey within oneself, to become aware of our qualities and strong points and to also look and observe what we can improve.
Yoga teach us how to regenerate, be balanced and relaxed even in the most intense challenges of the modern life. Self awareness which is the very first step on the way to HAPPINESS, WELLBEING, HEALTH and BALANCE.
